Hello My Name Is Chance! My Owner Is Trying To Get Me To Be A Inside Outside Cat To Give Me More Options Instead Of Staying Inside All Day And Messing With My Fur Brothers! She Took Me Outside A Few Times, I Loved It, I Rolled Around, Sniffed Things Out, She Had A Leash On Me, But Didn't Hold It! She Had In On Just Incase I Tend To Stray Where Im Not Supposed To Go! When She Brought Me Back In, I Kept Meowing Around The House, Specially Near The Door, But I Didn't Do It For Long! She Did Praise Me For Being A Good Boy Outside!

How Can She Make Me An Inside Outside Cat!?

***This Is In Response To The Answer, Where I Am Is A Safe Neighborhood! I Rescued Cats Myself, And Helped Them! This Cat That Im Trying To Get To Go Outside, Is Determined, Its Why I Want To Do It! Wont Stay Away From The Door, And Who Am I To Let Him Suffer?! He Is One Of My Rescues, I Dunno If He Was Born Inside Or Not! I Am A Responsible Owner, I Have 4 Cats, All Healthy And Happy!

ASKED BY

Should I use Lomustine on my cat?

Hampton had a growth removed from the top of her head. It turned out to be high grade lymphoma. The oncologist has suggested putting her on 5 mg prednisone daily and then a round of 10 mg of lomustine every 4 weeks with prior blood work before each dose.
I am worried about negative side effects since at this time she has no signs of illness, no weight loss etc. I have felt a lump in her neck. I am going to the vet to discuss surgical removal of it. I am giving her es clean from petwellbeing.com.
I really don't know what to do.

ASKED BY

Why am I biting my brother...

Phoebe and Joey are still getting to know each other - and they have their good days and their no so good days - but lately - mommy has noticed that Phoebe lunges at Joey and is trying to bite his neck! I can't tell if she is playing or if she is trying to hurt him - he doesn't hiss - he just swats her and runs away. It seems to be when mommy first gets up in the morning or come home after being out for the day - I think it's jealousy. I make a loud noise and say NO - she stops and then is fine. I have noticed that she seems a little agitated lately – noise sensitive. We have had some bad storms and she seems skittish – ears are partly back when she is listening to all the noises. I think this is part of the adjustment period – getting used to how things sound in her new home – so I am not too concerned with that. Why is she trying to bite him?

ASKED BY

And apparently her kidneys are enlarged. The vet is doing more tests to see if it's kidney disease, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, etc. Does anyone have any information that may be helpful? We lost a cat 13 years ago to renal failure and it was very quick - he was diagnosed and lost within a week - one of his kidneys completely disintegrated - no symptoms. We are very concerned - any advice - experience? She is 8 years old and has a history of convulsions and is on anti-convulsants for most of her life. Our concern is that this is acute – she had an exam 6 months ago with no appreciation of any kidney disorder.

ASKED BY
